Radian's Sig P365 X-Macro Backstrap and Magazine Well are designed to enhance the P365 X-Macro's grip. Constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum, the Radian Backstrap and Magwell feature deep, aggressive channels which maximize contact surface with the shooter's hand, enhancing grip and improving handling. In addition, the backstrap features an ergonomic palm swell that increases the ergonomic profile of the pistol and allows for a more complete and secure grip. The included magazine well assists shooters by providing more surface area at the bottom of the grip and facilitating faster, more consistent reloads, further optimizing the pistol for concealed carry and defensive use. This package includes one backstrap, one magazine well, retention stud and spring, and one retention stud tool.

Great touch to an already comfortable grip

I only bought because I purchased the Ramjet-Afterburner, figured I'd complete the build. After I installed, il so glad I bought. The grip feel is incredible. Very comfortable and easy to hold while shooting. Highly recommend

Super easy to install and feels great in the hands! Gives the pistol a little bit more weight and makes the pistol look aggressive.

Looks great and amazing machining. It really gives the look of the grip module more of an "edge." Only complaint is, if you are shooting in rapid succession, the top of the backstrap bites back a little towards the end of a magazine.

Not really practical

It’s really cool, and a very clever design. It does its job and adds grip and weight to the gun which helps further reduce recoil. Unfortunately, the macro is a ccw, and this along with the baseplates adds pretty significant width and length to the grip of the gun, making it a lot harder to conceal.
If they only made a backstrap and flush baseplates, I feel like that would be a lot more practical.
A huge upgrade in ergos for my P365 XMACRO

I was a little skeptical that this only came in one size but the palm swell and grip texture is AWESOME!!!! Fits my hand and my wife's hand perfectly. Not to mention the magwell gives you a little ledge for your pinky and has a great funnel. Homerun from Radian.
Nice addition

This Backstrap and Magwell is a nice addition and feels great. I am a bit flustered that the plunger that came with it was oversized. I contacted Radian and they quickly sent a new plunger, That said one would think that a piece this expensive QC would have caught that before they shipped it out.
Defective

I received mine last week. No assembly instructions are included, only a QR code, however the link the QR code uses is broken and there are no assembly instructions on the Radian website. The magwell is attached to the backstrap with a sliding dovetail and a spring-loaded plunger is supposed to retain the magwell from sliding off. However the supplied plunger is larger in diameter than the hole it is supposed to retract into in the backstrap, so the product can not be assembled. Have not heard back from Radian support so far.
