The Rearden DPB is a double-port muzzle brake with a Plan B compatible taper mount, a 1/2x28 thread pitch, and a .280 bore diameter. It is also compatible with Atlas and Atlas XL adapters, providing suppressor mounting flexibility across multiple systems.

This is a double-port brake constructed from 17-4 PH H900 material with a black nitride finish rated at 67 HRC surface hardness. The Plan B taper mount is machined into the rear of the brake for direct suppressor attachment. Atlas adapter overrun is approximately 1.600 inches, and Atlas XL adapter overrun is approximately 0.750 inches.

The brake weighs 2.65 ounces and measures 2.3 inches in overall length with a 1.675-inch body length. Shims are included for proper timing during installation. This is an updated version with larger wrench flats on the rear for easier installation and removal.

The 1/2x28 thread pitch is standard for 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington barrels. The .280 bore diameter accommodates these calibers with proper clearance.

The double-port configuration redirects propellant gases to reduce felt recoil and muzzle rise while the Plan B and Atlas compatibility provides suppressor mounting options across multiple adapter systems.

The Rearden DPB suits shooters who run Plan B or Atlas suppressor mounting systems and want an effective muzzle brake that doubles as a suppressor mount point.
