These days, a lot of folks mount a high-power optic to get the most out of their rifle in terms of range. But, this can leave something to be desired in terms of the ability to quickly acquire closer targets. With the advent of smaller, pistol-sized red dot sights, there’s now a way to get a secondary optic onto your rifle without adding a ton of extra weight. This mount attaches to a 30mm Geissele Super Precision mount, and lets you add any optic that has a standard Trijicon mounting set up at a 45-degree offset from your primary optic. After adding an optic that only weighs a few ounces itself, the addition of both this aluminum mount and the optic will be barely noticeable to the user, but the added capability to get onto target, quickly, at close range will not go unnoticed.
