For shooters building a suppressed rimfire training setup or looking to coordinate a .22 LR host with existing FDE gear, the Retay USA RXP in Flat Dark Earth is a feature-complete option that doesn’t cut corners. A threaded barrel, optic-ready slide, and 13+1 capacity make this pistol a capable, low-cost suppressor host from the start.
The Retay USA RXP is a DA/SA semi-automatic .22 LR pistol designed as a full-featured rimfire option, built on a polymer frame with an aluminum slide and a 4-inch threaded steel barrel, with Flat Dark Earth Cerakote applied to both the frame and slide.
The 4-inch threaded barrel accepts standard .22 LR rimfire suppressors, letting shooters run suppressed at a fraction of the cost of centerfire suppressor use. The aluminum slide is cut for direct RMR and RMSc optic mounting, so a compact red dot can be installed without an adapter plate. TruGlo fiber optic front sights provide a fast sight picture in standard lighting, and the manual safety adds a layer of control well-suited for training environments. Two 13-round magazines ship with every pistol.
The threaded muzzle accepts standard .22 LR suppressor thread patterns, and the Picatinny accessory rail on the polymer frame accommodates lights and laser sights. The manual safety supports safe-handling training protocols.
The matching Flat Dark Earth Cerakote on the polymer frame and aluminum slide provides a unified aesthetic alongside wear resistance through regular use. The steel barrel’s black finish contrasts cleanly with the FDE upper and lower.
An effective choice for suppressor training, plinking, or introducing new shooters to a low-recoil platform with real modern features, the RXP arrives with two magazines and is ready to run out of the box.
Retay USA builds rimfire pistols focused on bringing durable construction and practical features to the .22 LR market at an accessible price point.
