Great Duty Trigger. Easy Installation.
by Thumper the Pilot
I ordered this last Tuesday and received it Friday. Primary Arms is the best. The trigger is very easy to install for a normal guy like me. The trigger has almost no take up or over travel. It feels like 4.5 lbs or very close. It has a very crisp break and a quick audible and tactile reset. It is a great, safe duty trigger. I am glad I bought it.
Smooth Trigger

Bought this trigger several weeks ago and installed it on my Aero M4E1 lower that I put together. I wanted an upgrade from the mil-spec enhanced SI trigger group that I've been currently using. Replacing the SI enhanced trigger to the RA LE145 trigger is a big improvement. I love the short reset and the crisp pull of the RA LE145. I'd definitely recommend this trigger. Thanks to Primary Arms for the awesome price of $116 vs. other on-line retailers who sells them for $134.
Great Trigger and Easy to Replace
by Kellerduck
I love this trigger! The feel of the trigger is superb. It has rounded edges and breaks crisp and cleanly. I actually prefer this trigger over the Rave 140 I put in my premium build for my long range nail driver. I put this trigger into a S&W M&P II AR and it was super easy and I just love the feel of it. The break is a little bit more than the Rave 140 which is what I wanted in a home defense weapon or a SHTF rifle but it's still a 100% better than the stock trigger.
You won't go wrong with this part so go ahead and pull the trigger and get you one.
Great trigger

I love this trigger.
I've been running the ALG/ACT on most of my single stage rifle set-ups.
I was so impressed with this trigger, I bought a second one for my daughter. Furthermore, I feel 4.5 lbs is perfect for a combat rifle and I see no need to go that lighter than that.
If on sale, grab this trigger, you won't be disappointed.
Trigger Failing to Reset after a couple hundred rounds
by B -
Really liked the feel of this trigger so I bought two in January and they worked fine until yesterday. Yesterday in a 7 stage run and gun event the trigger failed to reset multiple times requiring that I rack the charge handle ejecting a live round in order to shoot. This took a lot of time and wasted a lot of ammo. Temperature was kind of cold 37F but certainly this shouldn't be causing the issue. I could also replicate the issue while dryfiring. But now a day later the trigger seems to be back to normal and I can't explain this erratic behavior. Also I don't have any confidence in this trigger now that is had failed on me when I needed it.
Turns out other people seem to have experienced the same thing as one can tell by googling Rise Armament Trigger not resetting.
Really wish I would have purchased the Geissele or LaRue triggers instead.
LE145 Trigger Reset Problems Followup Ensure to Snug the Housing Set Screws
by B -
Previously I wrote about my LE145 trigger failing to rest properly multiple times. Since then I contacted Rise Armament and they will be sending out a replacement LE145 as soon as I send back my problematic trigger. In terms of advice to prevent the issue they advised to make sure the trigger is tight in the housing with the anti-walk pins and also the 5/64" housing set screws need to be snug. These 5/64" housing set screws use a larger allen key than the antiwalk pins and I honestly don't remember tightening these when I installed the trigger as they are underneath the spring legs and a bit awkward to get to. Had I snugged these screws initially perhaps I would not have had the issues I have had. Wanted to share this to help others as the trigger is such a critical part and it has to work reliably
