Details

The Rock Island TAC Ultra FS is a full-size tactical 1911, in a 2011-pattern high-capacity 9mm and a single-stack .45 ACP with a direct-mount optic cut, with a beavertail grip safety and an accessory rail.

Features:

5" barrel, full-size frame
9mm, 16-round magazine
Optics ready for red dot sights
Beavertail grip safety, accessory rail

The TAC Ultra FS keeps the traditional single-action 1911 trigger and adds a skeletonized hammer, an extended beavertail grip safety, and an accessory rail for lights. The optic-ready versions are milled for a red dot, and the .45 ACP version has checkered VZ-style grips.

Rock Island offers the TAC Ultra FS in 9mm HC with a 16-round magazine, with or without an optics cut, and in .45 ACP with an 8-round magazine. The features above list what this version includes.

Rock Island Armory builds 1911-style pistols and other handguns at accessible prices.
