The Rock Island Armory VR80 12 Gauge is an AR style semi-automatic shotgun. It is the ideal weapon for close quarters engagements and home defense. The VR80 is designed to function and feel like your AR-15 with a conventional gas operated system, 5-round removable box magazine and M-16/AR-15 style controls. It boasts a 20-inch full shroud barrel chambered in 12 gauge to accept 3” and 2 3/4” shells with a Mobil Choke. The list of features on the VR80 does not end there. This AR style semi-automatic shotgun by Rock Island Armory offers a picatinny rail for the attachment of optics and flip up front and rear sight to provide the versatility necessary for a weapon to be highly operational in tactical situations and personal defense. The 7075-T6 aluminum alloy receiver will resist corrosion and offer years of reliable service, while the strong and durable polymer furniture and pistol grip improves the user’s ability to manipulate the weapon. All of these features adds up to the Rock Island Armory VR80 being one durable weapon with the capability to meet all of your tactical, hunting or home defense needs.
