The Ruger American Ranch Rifle Gen II in 308 WIN boasts a distinctive Flat Dark Earth Splatter finished stock that offers excellent grip without being excessively abrasive. This rifle prioritizes user comfort with a soft rubber recoil pad featuring a large radius heel for easy shouldering and a design that progressively reduces felt recoil. The length of pull can be adjusted from 13.75" to 12" by removing the installed spacer, with additional spacers available for even more precise customization. An installed low comb improves sight alignment when using magnified optics but can be removed for use with low-mounted sights.

For enhanced durability and a unique aesthetic, the barrel, muzzle brake, receiver, and bolt handle are coated in a professional Cerakote finish. The medium contour barrel features deep spiral fluting to reduce weight at the muzzle for improved balance while maintaining stiffness and accuracy. The compact, threaded barrel with a factory-installed radial port muzzle brake is cold hammer-forged, resulting in exceptional accuracy and longevity.

Safety features include a three-position tang safety that prevents accidental bolt opening while allowing the rifle to be loaded with the safety engaged.
