The Ruger Harrier is a mil-spec 5.56 NATO AR-15 rifle featuring 7075 forged upper and lower receivers, a 16.1" government-profile nitrided barrel, free-float M-LOK handguard with full-length top Picatinny rail, Magpul MOE-K2 grip, and a collapsible Magpul DT carbine stock on a mil-spec buffer tube.

The free-float handguard eliminates contact pressure on the barrel for improved accuracy potential over a standard drop-in handguard. M-LOK slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock — plus 8 intermediate slots at the muzzle end — provide extensive accessory mounting options without additional adapters. A lower tension screw eliminates wobble between upper and lower receiver. The nitrided BCG with staked gas key provides corrosion resistance and long service life. Includes one 30-round Magpul PMAG.
