Ruger Precision 6.5 Creedmoor Bolt Action - 20" - 2x 10 Round - Rifle

The Ruger Precision Rifle has been a cornerstone of the precision rifle shooting community since 2015 — a factory bolt-action purpose-built for long-range competition and hunting at a price point that outperforms chassis rifles costing two to three times more. The 20-inch 6.5 Creedmoor configuration delivers the ballistic performance of the cartridge in a more compact, maneuverable package optimized for field and positional shooting.

The Ruger Precision Rifle is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, built on a CNC-machined pre-hardened 4140 chrome-moly steel upper receiver and aerospace-grade aluminum Type III hard-coat anodized lower magazine well halves, with a Ruger Precision MSR adjustable stock and black finish throughout.

The 20-inch cold hammer-forged chrome-moly steel barrel features 5R rifling at minimum bore and groove dimensions, minimum headspace, and centralized chamber for consistent, accurate performance across all factory 6.5 Creedmoor ammunition. The three-lug bolt with 70-degree throw and dual cocking cams provides smooth, fast cycling, and the full-diameter nitrided bolt body resists corrosion while reducing friction. The Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger is externally adjustable from 2.25 to 5 pounds without removing the action from the stock — the adjustment wrench and bolt disassembly tool are both stored in the billet aluminum bolt shroud. The 20 MOA Picatinny top rail provides substantial built-in elevation advantage for maximizing scope adjustment range at distance. The in-line recoil path transfers energy directly from the rear of the receiver to the buttstock rather than through a traditional bedding system, maintaining consistent accuracy potential shot to shot. The left-folding stock attaches to an AR-style buffer tube, accepting any AR-pattern stock, with adjustable length of pull and comb height on the included Ruger Precision MSR stock. The patented multi-magazine interface accepts AICS, M110/SR-25/DPMS, and Magpul-style magazines interchangeably — a significant advantage for competitors using a variety of mag brands in the field. Two 10-round Magpul PMAG magazines are included.
