The Scalarworks LEAP/09 redefines the standard for quick-detach 34mm scope mounting, combining class-leading light weight with a stiffer, more secure ring design than competing mounts. Built for 34mm LPVO or high-powered scopes on an AR-15's Picatinny top rail, this 1.57" optic height mount includes the LevelDrive tool for leveling a scope in seconds rather than hours.

At 154 grams, the LEAP/09 is roughly 43% lighter than LaRue's LT104 and nearly half the weight of Spuhr's QDP-3016, without sacrificing the strength needed for a 34mm high-powered scope. A large-diameter tubular section up front resists torsion from side impacts, while a wide I-beam bridge in the rear resists recoil-induced oscillation. The Mk2 Ring's doubled knuckle count and material thickness eliminate the uncertain, tedious setup of a traditional split-ring design, while staying out of the way of your scope's adjustment turrets. The 1.57" height suits lower-profile mounting on flat-top rifles where a tighter cheek weld is preferred.
