Shield Sights AMS Enclosed Pistol Red Dot Sight

The Shield Sights AMS (Advanced Mini Sight) is an enclosed pistol red dot sight that co-witnesses with standard height iron sights and mounts to Shield's footprint, so it fits a huge range of factory optic-ready pistols. It was developed from two military proven Shield sights, the SIS and the RMSw, both bought by UK special forces.

Features:

• Enclosed emitter pistol red dot sight, available in 4 MOA or 8 MOA
• Shield footprint, with 100+ mounting solutions
• Patented mechanism for co-witnessing with standard iron sights
• No-click adjustment for a more precise zero
• Large glass lens with no filters
• 3-stage automatic or 12-level manual brightness, including night vision settings
• Side-access battery compartment, takes a CR2025, CR2032, or CR2050
• Up to 20,000 hours in average daylight with a CR2032
• Nitrogen-sealed housing, IP68, submersible to 30 feet for 30 minutes
• Mounting interface for accessories such as roll cages, lights, lasers, and lens covers
• 6082 T6 aerospace-grade aluminum, matte black, 35.9 g (1.2 oz) without battery

The AMS is machined from aerospace-grade aluminum and weighs only about 36 g, the smallest and lightest in its class. The on/off function returns to your previous brightness setting, and the side-access battery compartment lets you choose a larger cell for longer life or a smaller one for a lower profile.

The anti-reflective, color-free lens coating keeps the sight's visible signature low.

Shield Sights is a UK-based maker of mini red dot sights, made by shooters, for shooters.
