The SIG SAUER P365 X-Macro Comp is a striker-fired semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger, built on a Macro-Compact polymer frame with Nitron-finished stainless steel integral compensated optic-ready slide and 3.1-inch carbon steel barrel, with ambidextrous manual safety.

The integrated compensator is machined directly into the forward portion of the slide — no external add-ons, no thread adapters — redirecting propellant gas through ported openings to reduce muzzle flip and allow faster, more accurate follow-up shots. The Macro-Compact grip module accepts a flush-fit 17-round magazine in a grip that remains 1.1 inches wide, paired with a standard M1913 Picatinny accessory rail that accepts any standard-footprint light or laser. Three interchangeable backstrap sizes — small, medium, and large — are included for a customized grip fit. The mechanical loaded chamber indicator provides a tactile and visual status check. The optic-ready slide accepts the ROMEO-X Compact and other Shield RMSc-footprint red dots directly. The magazine disconnect ensures the pistol will not fire without a magazine inserted.
