The SIG SAUER P365 Fuse is a striker-fired semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger, built on a black Macro-Compact polymer frame with Nitron-finished stainless steel integral compensated slide and 4.3-inch carbon steel barrel, with ambidextrous manual safety.

The 4.3-inch barrel is the longest in the P365 lineup, providing both meaningful velocity advantage over shorter-barreled P365 variants and a longer sight radius for more precise iron sight shooting at range. The integral compensator reduces muzzle flip for faster follow-up shot recovery — a compound advantage when combined with the longer barrel's reduced recoil impulse. The Macro-Compact grip module uses a standard M1913 Picatinny accessory rail rather than the proprietary SIG rail found on smaller P365 variants, opening the full ecosystem of standard-footprint lights and lasers. Three interchangeable backstrap sizes allow grip fit customization. The optic-ready slide accepts Shield RMSc-footprint red dots directly.
