Sig Sauer replacement grip module for Sig P365X-Macro handguns. Compatible with 17-round P365 X-Macro magazines and all P365 fire control units, except manual safety models. Features 1913 Picatinny accessory rail and three interchangeable backstraps, small, medium, and large. Textured black polymer construction. Must be used in combination with P365XL or X-Macro slide assemblies.

It's an X-Macro grip module...

Primary Arms had the best price I could find at the time and had them in stock fairly often. I got this to use in conjunction with my XL slide and it is great. I love the size and you can't beat 17 rounds in a handgun of this size. Even with my large XXXL mitts this grip is comfortable.
