The Sig Sauer ROMEO5 Red Dot Sight 1x20mm 2 MOA provides a robust 1x aiming solution for any situation. The sights are parallax-free so point-of-aim and point-of-impact remain the same. Unlimited eye-relief allows you to acquire targets regardless of the position of your eye behind the sight. With up to 50,000 hours of life, the commonly available CR2032 battery is side loading so you can replace it quickly if it fails. Romeo5 also features MOTAC (Motion Activated Illumination), which will automatically turn on or shut down based upon the optic’s movement, increasing battery optimization even further. Sig Sauer makes this optic widely adaptable to various weapons with a M1913 Picatinny system, plus low mount riser and a co-witness riser mount allow the user to customize the view to their perspective.

Features:
  • CR2032 Battery
  • 40,000+ hours of battery life

Solid choice

by -

Purchased and easy to install on my ruger 556
It did come loose when I went to range but I bought I bolt sealant thing from Lowe’s
Only thing I could complain about is that the battery that came was dead, that’s all

Order It Today, Thank Me Tomorrow.

Buy It.

If you're looking for a solid budget RDS, buy this. Don't waste time hemming and hawing. Just place this in your cart, select shipping, and pay up.

It took me a couple trips to the range to zero, mainly because I have no friends who shoot, and I just built my first rifle a month ago so what do I know? But I have it zeroed at 100yds, the build quality is rock solid, it has a 50,000 hour battery life, automatic on/off, and PA has it for a steal price with super fast shipping.

It would be foolish to not just order it. I'll likely be ordering a PA 1-6x24 scope soon because I want the longer range setup, but this will stay with me because its just that good.

Great Quality and price!

For the price you can’t beat it. Watch the you tube video. A guy freezes it, soaks it in water, does 10 15’ drops with it and the shoots it with a 12 gauge and it still works like a champ. Nice addition to my 300.

Excellent purchase

Excellent red dot sight, especially for the price. I ended up buying more of them for my other rifles. I am very happy with the fit and finish, and I am especially happy with the function.

Ease of use - light - does the job. Worth the buy!

The Romeo5 was recommended to me and I am not disappointed one bit. Went to the range to sight my EXPS3 as well as the Romeo5. After 9 shots, the Romeo5 was 1/4 MOA at 25 yards (range only goes out to 25yrds that is open at the moment). With the recent sale on these I got a stellar deal and it was beyond worth it. I have it mounted on my Sig MCX Virtus 16".

Great red dot at any price

by

I have a couple higher end red dots to compare the Sig Romeo5 to. The dog is great. Compared to a Trijicon MRO it really is a toss up. Sure the mro is built like a tank, but as far as the red dot goes and performance... really either would be fine with me. Also I saw a guy shot it with a shotgun and it still worked just fine. So boom... buy it

Beautiful, Compact, Buy It

I love this sight on my BCM 300 BO. I love how sleek and compact it is. I was previously running a Vortex Strikefire II on another build and I almost want to buy another one to replace the Vortex.

Fantastic Red Dot for the $

Amazing RDS for the money. I think you get way more than you pay for. If you're looking for a low cost high value red dot this is easily one of the best options. Buy it now and see for yourself. Glass is clear and the red dot can be blasted up or tuned down to a fine pin point dot. Shake awake feature always works and will make the battery last a very long time

Lemons happen for all products

Bought this about 6 months back from PA, its been usuable but came out of the box with dusty and scratched lenses on both sides in the interior of the tube. In certain lighting situations the scratches obscure the sight picture. The auto on off has worked well, sight adjustments are good but the fact the inside lenses got thru QC so scratched and marred is some BS.

As I mentioned in our conversation a few minutes ago, Sig Sauer offers a Lifetime Warranty on their optics. Warranty claims come at no charge to you. Please do no hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
