SLR Rifleworks .750" Dimpling Jig

The SLR Rifleworks gas block dimpling jig is designed for barrels with a .750” gas block diameter and allows you to dimple the bottom of your barrel for use with set screw gas blocks. This allows for a more solid fit between your gas block and barrel and ensures that it won’t move around if it loosens. The SLR dimple jig has five spacing blocks to accommodate the different set screw placement of SLR gas blocks. A 5/32” drill bit is required, and the five flats help to keep your barrel secure in the vice, so it doesn’t move around while drilling the dimples.

Tips:

• Numbers on Jig face the front (towards muzzle) 
• Spacing to be used goes on DIMPLE side with drill bushing (opposite gas port)
• If using one dimple only, always dimple under gas port
