SLR Rifleworks .625" Dimpling Jig

SLR Rifleworks .625" Dimpling Jig for .625" barrels offers five block spacings (.400", .425", .450", .470" and .500" center-to-center) and ships with a hardened centering screw plus a custom hardened drill bushing for reliable alignment. Machined from 7075 billet T6 aluminum and finished with black hard coat anodizing, the jig features five position flats for vice-mounted drilling to keep the barrel stable during work; numbers on the jig face the front (towards the muzzle). Use the spacing marked on the DIMPLE side with the drill bushing (opposite the gas port) — if you dimple only once, place that dimple under the gas port. A 5/32" drill bit is required; drill bit and Allen wrenches are sold separately.
