For enhanced accuracy and control, the M&P 5.7 features a 5-inch threaded barrel with a 1:9 twist rate, a crisp single-action trigger, and forward slide serrations for easy manipulation. This S&W handgun includes white dot sights for out-of-the-box target acquisition and also has a pre-cut slide for the addition of a red dot sight. Ambidextrous controls, including the slide stop, safety lever, and magazine release, allow for use by right or left-handed shooters. A Picatinny rail provides a mounting point for lights or lasers.
