Smith & Wesson M&P15 FPC 5.7x28 AR-15 Rifle - 16.25" - 1x 22rd Mag

The Smith & Wesson M&P FPC 5.7x28mm brings a compact, side-folding design to a Pistol Caliber Carbine built around familiar M&P handgun ergonomics, giving shooters the same grip and trigger feel found on the M&P pistol line. Built for easy storage and quick access, this Pistol Caliber Carbine folds down to just 16.375 inches without disturbing a mounted optic.

Features:

• 16.25" threaded barrel, 1/2x28, with thread protector
• Chambered in 5.7x28mm
• Accepts M&P 5.7 pistol magazines
• M-LOK slots on the handguard, Picatinny-style top rail
• Compact side-folding design, 30.375" unfolded to 16.375" folded
• Charging handle doubles as a retainer when folded
• Flat-face trigger with a crisp break
• Reversible magazine catch
• Fixed 14.5" length of pull polymer stock
• In-stock storage for two spare magazines, quick-release tab system
• Quick and easy field stripping for cleaning
• Includes three 22-round magazines

The side-folding design shrinks the FPC down to a compact package for storage or transport while keeping a mounted optic's zero undisturbed when folded and unfolded, and the charging handle doubles as a retainer to keep the rifle locked in its folded position. In-stock magazine storage with a quick-release tab system holds two spare magazines directly in the stock, so a full reload kit travels with the rifle itself. The familiar M&P grip and flat-face trigger carry the same feel shooters already know from the M&P pistol line, and the rifle field strips quickly for routine cleaning.

Smith & Wesson has manufactured firearms in the USA since 1852, and the M&P FPC extends that same handgun ergonomics expertise into a compact, foldable pistol-caliber carbine platform.
