An enlarged receiver extension ring creates a seamless connection with a wider range of upper receivers and strengthens the buffer tube junction, while a modified beavertail contour now works with more pistol grip styles. Tightened lug fitment gives a snugger pairing with uppers, and an enlarged trigger pocket improves finger clearance during trigger work.

Beveled selector stops offer a more familiar feel during manipulation, and a relief cut for the bolt catch roll pin simplifies future maintenance; the receiver remains compatible with standard lower parts kits alongside its proprietary ambi bolt release components.
