The Sons of Liberty Gun Works Blaster Guts AR-15 Lower Parts Kit finishes nearly all of a lower receiver build, anchored by the Liberty Fighting Trigger, a two-piece Mil-Spec-pattern trigger with a Nickel PTFE coating.
Kit Includes:
- Liberty Fighting Trigger
- Safety selector, with KNS stainless detent and spring
- Magazine catch, button, and spring
- Bolt catch, buffer, and spring
- Takedown and pivot pins, with springs (2) and KNS stainless detents (2)
- Buffer retainer pin and spring
The Liberty Fighting Trigger averages a 6-pound pull with a Nickel PTFE coating for reduced friction, and installs with an included slave pin. Trigger and hammer pin diameters are Mil-Spec .154 inches for broad compatibility. The SOLGW bolt catch and spring are cast from AISI 8620 per USGI TDP, and the KNS Precision-machined safety and takedown/pivot detents are hardened stainless steel.

Excellent kit

Not sure about the springs and pins being oversized I had no issues and I have bought and used at least 7 of these kits with no out of spec issues. And if it is, you just contact SOLGW and they will replace it for free as they cover that in their warranty.
Oversized pins

Pretty much all the spring pins were oversized and required me to get out the hammer. They also have to taper. Get a cmmg or aero kit instead.

Got a stripped lower laying around? This is the perfect kit for it. She's a plain jane lower parts kit with everything you need to get your next build up and running. The liberty fighting trigger isn't bad at all, and for the price it can't be beat. Does it include all the bells and whistles? Nope! But it gives you the perfect base to build off of. I went with this parts kit because I have a love for SOLGW and I know that the products they produce are solid. Mike the owner is a pretty cool guy too.
Overall, one of the best basic builder kits out there. The trigger is actually not half bad, and you will get your stripped lower ready for the range. 5 stars.
