The Sons of Liberty Gun Works MK1 CAR 5.56 NATO AR-15 Pistol is a compact, high-performance platform built with premium components and attention to detail. Its foundation is a precision-machined billet receiver set, and rail set designed for durability and optimal function. This SOLGW pistol features an 11.5” chrome-lined 41v50 steel barrel paired with a carbine-length gas system and pinned & welded HUXWRX muzzle device. The MK1 10.75" rail features a full-length Picatinny top rail, 7 sides of M-LOK slots, integrated cable routing, and laser texturing for improved handling. It also features an extended barrel nut made of Titanium with a protective coating to help with heat management.

Recoil is smoothed by an A5-length buffer system with an A5H2 buffer and stainless action spring. Premium upgrades include the SOLGW Liberty 2-stage trigger (4.5 lb pull), Liberty Charging Handle with small latches, NP3-coated bolt carrier group, ambidextrous Badger safety selector, MK1 maritime bolt release, and SBA5 brace. Complete with a black anodized finish, each unit is individually built and test-fired for reliability and performance.
