The Sons of Liberty Gun Works MK1 Recce is a 14.5-inch 5.56 NATO AR-15 rifle built on a SOLGW billet upper and lower receiver set with the MK1 13.75-inch rail system, featuring a stainless P3 Recce barrel, NP3-coated bolt carrier group, Liberty 2-stage trigger, and A5 buffer system in a Flat Dark Earth anodized finish.

Four specifications define the MK1 Recce's position as SOLGW's flagship fighting rifle. The MK1 billet receiver set integrates a purpose-designed rail system with a continuous Picatinny top rail, 7-sided M-LOK slots, integrated cable routing, laser texturing, and Broadsword-style machined tabs and recesses for the MK1 DriveLock rail lockup — delivering minimal rail deflection across the full accessory load a duty rifle carries. The 14.5-inch stainless P3 Recce barrel uses 3-groove polygonal rifling in a .223 Wylde chamber with a mid-length gas system, conservative port sizing, and a titanium barrel nut with a space-age coating for heat management — pinned and welded with the HUXWRX muzzle device to meet the 16-inch OAL requirement.
