Spare parts

I bought these as spare parts. Could have sent them to me in an envelope for the price of a stamp, instead, someone put them in individual plastic bags, inside a protective blister pack and then inside a box packed with paper. Seems like alot of work to protect some rubber parts. Someone in the shipping department needs a talking to.
