The Springfield Armory FIRSTLINE 1911 DS Prodigy 9mm Pistol offers modern enhancements to the classic 1911 design, featuring a double-stack magazine for higher capacity. With a 5-inch forged stainless steel bull barrel, this pistol is built for match-grade accuracy and integrates a compensator to reduce muzzle rise, providing better control and faster follow-up shots. The hammer-forged slide includes a single port for gas redirection, and the optics-ready AOS system supports many popular micro red dot optics. The polymer grip module attached to the forged steel frame delivers a 17+1 or 20+1 capacity, while a Picatinny rail allows for accessory customization. The tritium front sight, positioned behind the compensator, offers a clear sight picture without obstruction.
