The Strike Industries Strike Rail is designed to be lightweight and feature rich. This rail offers Picatinny rail sections located at forward and rear positions along the 12-o’clock of the handguard, leaving plenty of space for your favorite sights and accessories. Picatinny along the center has been left out for optimized weight reduction. M-LOK mounting points at the 3, 6, and 9-o’clock positions provide many more locations for gear as well as excellent airflow to keep your rifle running cool.
NOTE: Due to the nature of the anodization process, colors from batch to batch may vary.

beautiful headache

I'll start off by saying that I absolutely love this rail and think it's one of the best-looking rails on the market. When threading the barrel nut onto a mil-spec Aero receiver, the nut has too much of a counter bore after the threads and it snapped the end of the dust cover rod and bottomed out against the receiver. Also, The aluminum the barrel nut is made of is so soft that it deforms under the prescribed torque values. If the barrel nut is fixed it would be worth the money but not until then.

I wanted a longer rail to cover the Kak flash can at the end of the rifle. Nice look!
Great extension

I like the extended Handguard because it covers majority of the 18 inch barrel, allowing me to put the weapon light 2 inches further out, plus it looks good on the weapon

Ordered this on black Friday and installed it soon as I got it. Comes with everything you need to remove your old and install this sweet rail. Light yet rigid and easy to install. Very pleased with this purchase. Unlike other rails there are no alignment issues to deal with. The anti rotation tabs are top notch.
