Great Flash Hider, But...

This is a great flash hider for the money. The 3 prong design is a vast improvement of flash reduction over a standard A2, however this acts like a tuning fork. you'll hear a ring after every shot. I noticed that when I started to rapid fire, my bullets began tumbling. Now it could be my barrel or any number of other factors, but with this acting like a tuning fork with every shot, I suspect that the vibrations are causing the bullet to tumble as it leaves the barrel. You're millage may vary, but I'll be taking this one off my AR and moving it to my Rem 700, where I wont be rapid firing with it.

gives superb flash suppression. first tried on my 10.5, worked so well i have switched all my a2 birdcages regardless of barrel length to these, surefire 3Ps.
