Ruggedly durable, the Taurus PT92 features a drop hammer forged ordnance aluminum alloy frame that won't crack under the pressure of high-volume shooting, and the slide is designed to withstand the rigors of continued firing. The PT92 sports a three-position safety mounted on the frame, which can be operated ambidextrously, and the safety replicates the cocked and locked mode you'll see on a single action handgun.
