Nothing like being first

I'm certainly not a master gun fighter like most of you, but I know my way around a rifle, and I've built a few in my day. I'm usually not one to add a lot of gadgets to my guns, and like keep them simple and clean. Having said that, I bought one of these (on recommendation from a friend) to try on a recently built AR15 pistol. I'll say I really like this little gadget. It's considerably larger than a Magpul unit I tried, so it's considerably easier to reach with my smaller hand without having to relocate position on the grip. BUT not so big as to get in the way. It's made to kind of "tuck" itself close to the lower's side. Another plus for me is that it's pretty darn close to Magpul FDE color, so it looks good, and blends well on the gun. I like it so much, I'll be replacing the Magpul unit on another rifle, and adding this "gadget" to the rest of my rifles.
Does what it's meant to do

Definitely something to consider if you have small hands
Works great!

Easy to install, but didn't come with Allen wrench but I lose those anyway so no complaints with the product overall works as intended.
minor gripes is that the color damages the lower frame and leaves fde imprinted on the lower but I'm not too worried
