The TriStar SPS Pantera is a single-action 1911-platform 9mm pistol with a 5-inch match-grade steel barrel built on a steel frame with a steel slide. It ships with one 18-round magazine. The slide features a chrome finish.

The Pantera is a double-stack 1911 design, providing 18-round capacity in a full-size frame. The single-action trigger uses a lightweight polymer trigger shoe. The wide magwell aids in fast magazine changes. An extended beavertail and ambidextrous thumb safety are standard. The skeletal combat hammer reduces weight at the rear of the slide.
