This version of the United Shield International Stacked Handcuff Pouch features a double carrier that can easily attach to either a utility belt or MOLLE webbing.

The pocket itself uses elastic retention to hold a pair of standard chain-connected or folding cuffs in place. It also has sufficient retention elasticity to carry a single pair of cuffs easily.  At the same time, the hook and loop flap, when snugly closed, ensures your cuffs are not going anywhere until you deploy it.

The oversized pull provides quick and uninterrupted removal when it becomes necessary to use the cuffs. When worn on a duty belt, the United Shield International Stacked Pouch's rubberized liner limits the payload's movement.
