This version of the United Shield International Medical pouch is the next evolution in medical trauma bags or field medical pouches.  It also features a heavy-duty zipper-enclosed carrier that can be ambidextrously opened and attaches to MOLLE gear with a 2 x tuck strap MOLLE attachment.

The kit itself uses elastic retention to hold the contents of the medical trauma accessories in place. At the same time, the two-inch by two-inch identification panel will accommodate the appropriate medical insignia or patch for easier spotting and accessing.

This next evolution Medical Pouch also includes drainage holes to help keep the contents dry and also has elastic internal MOLLE and bungee secures to ensure every piece of medical equipment remains in place regardless of the dynamic conditions experienced.

More extensive than the Medical Trauma Pouch, the Zipper Medical Pouch is intended to hold more medical supplies and equipment. It will not be an issue with the two additional internal pockets that allow additional storage when extra medical supplies are deemed necessary.

The ambidextrous zipper pull provides a quick and uninterrupted opening of the pouch, allowing access to the necessary medical equipment rapidly when the time for immediate medical triage is critical.
