VKTR Industries VK-1PW 5.56 AR-15 Rifle - 13.7" P/W - Flat Dark Earth - 1x 30rd Mag

The VK-1 brings a patented low-profile piston system to a rifle that matches the footprint and weight of a standard direct-impingement AR-15, giving shooters piston-driven reliability without the added bulk. Built with fully ambidextrous, heat-treated billet controls, this AR-15 rifle delivers precision engineering across the bolt carrier, gas system, and lower receiver alike.

Features:

• Patented low-profile short-stroke piston system
• Staged gas bleed system for suppressed or unsuppressed use
• Fully-supported 1-piece operating rod, removable gas block
• Cup-and-spigot gas seal design
• 1-piece bolt carrier, patented 22.5-degree advanced cam path, dense chrome finish
• Angled strike face aligned with the buffer assembly's vertical plane
• Fully ambidextrous controls, heat-treated billet construction
• Machined magazine release and bolt catch
• Includes one magazine

The staged gas bleed system automatically adjusts for different ammunition types and suppressed or unsuppressed operation, removing the need for a manually adjustable gas block. The fully-supported 1-piece operating rod and cup-and-spigot design improve gas seal efficiency over earlier piston designs, and because the whole system matches a standard direct-impingement AR-15's footprint and weight, the VK-1 doesn't carry the front-heavy feel some piston rifles have. The bolt carrier's patented 22.5-degree advanced cam path and dense chrome finish are machined from a single piece for consistent, reliable cycling.
