The Mod 5 is a charging handle designed for rapid operation and hard use, featuring a reinforced small latch optimized to reduce snag risk while enabling quick palm-blading and other aggressive charging techniques.

Where standard handles transfer stress through a small roll pin, the Mod 5 redirects force directly into the body — a fundamentally stronger design that resists bending and breaking during high-tempo use. The small latch profile keeps the handle low and snag-free, while an aggressive non-slip front face ensures a positive grip even in demanding conditions. The entire body is forged from high-strength 7075-T6 aluminum, offering a marked upgrade over standard aluminum alloys.
