Good image
by Lee D
I bought the Vortex 3x to swap my Sig 3x micro over to another rifle. Vortex has a little clearer image and maybe a hair bigger eye box. Sitting behind holosun 503 and image looks good.
Makes exps2 SHINE!!!
by Kyle
Ok I’m gonna list my build (kinda)
DDmk18 13.5 sbr on Griffin Armament mk2 lower. EOTech Exps2-OPMOD <<~~~ this is where my problem came. I tried “looking through the reticle” at the target with both eyes open. It did work a little but not for anything precise. I scored this 3x vortex for $110….it makes the reticle so crisp and clean I frikin love it!!!! The glass is high quality compared to holosun or lower (sub 300$ mags) it’s as clear as my EOTech and trijicon. I would have paid $250 no problem….the qd mount is tactile and the “click” is like asmr to me…:feels satisfying….perfectly lines up with my exps and came with a fabric cover, extra mount+screws, plastic/rubber lense protectors. Buy it. It’s worth it. Eye relief is pretty darn good…3 steps above holosun. One step under g43…I’m hitting 8inch steel with this 10.3 at 300 yards all day. (Isacc 75gr BTHP Match 2700fps) 🤷🏻

Friend had one so decided to get. If 3x's is good for your needs you will not be disappointed. Just as good to me as a the ones that cost almost double the $.
Best 3x magnifier for the money
by Mike A -
I just built up a new 14.5" AR and wanted to set it up with a red dot + magnifier. I had picked up the Holosun AEMS but I poured over reviews of 3x magnifiers. EoTech was just out of my budget so it was PA, Holosun, or this Vortex. PA's SLx was gonna be too small of an eyebox. Holosun was too big of a body. Vortex was right where I needed. Clear glass, light weight, sturdy body, good lower 1/3 height out of the box.
Excellent for the money

It’s small, it’s light, the glass is exceptional and clear. Mine is on a Unity mount and works perfectly. 3k rounds on it at this review, no issues. Only con is the eye relief is very short.
Use the proper screws
by Gunther
The magnifier comes with a lower 1/3 riser and screws specifically for when you have the riser installed. If you use the proper screws then you don't need washers.
So far so good

The product showed up packaged good it is a nice clear optic the quick detach and its size is what sold me on this. It is easly removed and reinstalled on another firearm if you choose to I excited to try it at the range I haven't got a chance to try it so thats why it's only a 4 star
Looking forward to try it

It looks great and gives me a good co-witness with both my 300 blackout and my ar 9 I haven't got a chance to shoot with it what I can say is primary arms was great and price was good the shipping was good
Needs washers

I just received this today and I noticed if you don't use the Riser mount that the magnifier is loose on the mount. I had to put a washer under each screw. Other than that it works great and I love the compact size
