Winchester Model 70 Extreme VSX MB 7mm-08 Bolt Action Rifle - 22" - Tungsten - 1x 5rd Mag

The Winchester Model 70 Extreme VSX MB is purpose-built for the harshest hunting conditions, pairing a TrueTimber VSX camo stock with a Tungsten Cerakote barreled action for all-weather durability. This rifle keeps the Model 70's legendary pre-'64 controlled-round-feed action at its core while adding modern weatherproofing.

Features:

• Pre-'64 style controlled round feed with a claw extractor for reliable feeding
• Tungsten Cerakote finish on the barrel and receiver for corrosion resistance
• Bell and Carlson synthetic stock with a sculpted cheekpiece and TrueTimber VSX camo
• Free-floating barrel with a factory-installed muzzle brake
• M.O.A. Trigger System with zero take-up, creep, or overtravel
• Three-position safety and a jeweled, knurled bolt handle

The full-length aluminum bedding block inside the Bell and Carlson stock keeps the action rigid under recoil, and the muzzle brake tames felt recoil enough to make quick follow-up shots practical even in magnum chamberings. The pre-'64 controlled-round-feed action, with its Mauser-style claw extractor, has a long-standing reputation for reliability regardless of the angle the rifle is held, a genuine advantage when shots come fast in rough terrain. A Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad rounds out the rifle's recoil management.

Winchester introduced the Model 70 in 1936, and the Extreme VSX MB brings that century-old reputation for reliability into a rifle finished specifically for extreme, all-weather hunting conditions.
