Alpha Shooting Sports also engineers the BCG V2 with improved carrier geometrics representing the ultimate in bolt carrier groups for an AR-15 platform semi-automatic rifle. The bolt of the carrier group is machined from 9310 steel and MPI tested and marked, while the carrier itself is machined from 8620 steel featuring an extractor machined from S7 tool steel.
