Details

The American Defense quick detach T1 micro mount is an excellent option for all T1 compatible optics including the Primary Arms MD-ADS and MD-RB-AD. Like all American Defense mounts is precision machined from durable 6061-T6 aluminum with a hardcoat anodized finish for long service life. This mount is designed to place the standard AR-15 iron sights in the lower 1/3 of the optic's window for an unobstructed view of the target. This model features a Titanium locking lever which reduces weight while being significantly stronger than steel. Additionally, Titanium can withstand extreme temperature changes to prevent any changes in zero in adverse conditions.

Hands down one of the best mounts available. Period.

I bought one of these a year or two back and I love it. I've changed out red dots but not this mount. I initially bought it to get rid of the thumb stud mount that my Primary Arms SLx Compact 1×20mm Prism Sight came with and I absolutely love it. I've run it with my TruGlo Tru-Tec 20mm Red Dot and multiple Holosun HS503CU-R and currently a Holosun HS503CU-GR is calling it home. The lower 1/3 doesn't exactly co-witness with my DD Fixed Front Sight & Griffin Armament M2 Rear BUIS but with this mount being a QD mount that's not a concern should I ever find myself needing to use them.

The tool-less tensioner adjustment works phenomenally well. Having the ability to reverse the side and direction of the QD lever's throw can't be understated. It doesn't matter which side or direction you prefer to have them oriented because it's extremely easy. The price for what you get is more than fair when considering similar mounts that offer comparable features.
