The Anderson Manufacturing AR-15 Upper Receiver Assembly is built to MIL-SPEC. Crafted from a 7075-T6 aluminum forging and machined with M4 feed ramps. The forward assist and ejection port cover have been factory installed.

Good product but not the best finish

The product got to me today and was a little disappointed when I pulled this upper out to immediately see nicks and blemishes..not a huge deal to me since I'm planning on eventually cerakoting still a bummer also bought a castle but yes its cheap. Just a castle nut but that actually had rust on it..other items received were in good shape

just an okay upper. scratched easily. not as sturdy as some of the other brands, but you get what you pay for. it worked. the finished coat is lighter than my spikes lower and armalite lower as well.

Arrived packaged well and in excellent condition. Great value . Only a few companies make uppers so no need to waste money on a more expensive one just for a brand name on it. Buy this & save your money for the parts that matter like barrels, bolts, and triggers unless you just want the cool factor from a emblem . Odds are your buying the same quality with a different name.

Poor attention to detail! Poor quality control

Got the stripped version. I spent over an hour cleaning and assembling my upper with barrel, hand guard, gas block, forward assist, etc... Only to discover that the front pivot lug wasn't properly rounded over. When I mounted it to my lower and loosened the take down pin, the pivot lug bound on the mag well of my lower. I couldn't even open the upper far enough to remove the BCG! Piece of junk! I'm never ordering anything Anderson Manufacturing again! As always, Primary Arms made it right; they refunded me fully, including shipping.

This receiver came with the Cerro Forge mark (keyhole) and is the same one used by many top AR manufacturers. Worked flawless for installing the barrel and matched my Ruger lower nicely.
