This was my first Ar I’ve bought and I have to say this rifle seems to be good quality. It definitely is a great starter. Most of all primary arms costumer service is exceptional I called a few times a bit nervous. I had never purchased a firearm online before and they did everything to make me more comfortable with step by step procedures. Thank you primary arms
Good out of the box

This is my first AR build and didn't want to pay more than 1K, I researched ACI and took the leap due to a recent promo. I was impressed this worked perfect out of the box, my only issue was I had to replace the grip since it hurt my middle finger rubbing off against the bottom of the trigger guard. Other than that I highly recommend this to anyone, i'm now a fan!

It is a very dependable ar and very accurate. When I got the deal for it a $399 I was leery but after range time I would gladly pay the normal $700 for this rifle
Poor Customer Service

Recently purchased Andro AC-15. Tried to upgrade with a Tactical Latch. Both the BadgerOrdnance and UTG would not fit because the bolt handle slot was too small. Called Andro Corp up and explained I had a defective bolt handle. They would NOT replace the defective part. They don't stand behind their products!
Great quality

Picked up one of these on a flash sale. Figured i would tinker with it and add it to my other AR's lol and now its one of my goto rifles. Very high quality. Very accurate and has taken the place of a couple rifles that cost me 3 times what i paid for this.
Got more than I paid for

I paid way less than list price during holiday sale. I give it 5 stars for price, function and accuracy. If I paid full price I would have given it 4 stars due to some rough machine marks, some small parts were shiny black
nitride and some were dull gray phosphate finish and the cheap stock. The handguard was screwed on too far back and would pinch the lower when trying to open the upper. The chamber flag was jammed in all the way into the chamber when I got it. I had to use tools and some muscle to get it out. The good news is the handguard is smooth without rough edges and it worked right of the box. It shot Federal M193 into 6 1/4" group at 100 yards and I was worried but I switched to another 55gr FMJ and groups shrunk to 2 1/8". Then I tried some 69gr match and I got a 3/4" 5 shot group with no fliers. All groups were 6 shot off sand bags with 14X scope and a 2 stage match trigger at 100 yards. BTW it came with a MFT mag which I did not use. I used PMAGs and it ran 100%.

Every part tight,secure,no rattle, mag release sticks but not a major problem.Needed a full length barrel for my project for full velocity on loads.Now to spend some money.

Worth what was paid

The only pain points for this rifle is the clamp (forgive me if there is a more technical term) on the charging handle appears to not be machined properly and (1) causes the charging handle to stick (2) has scratched the area due to the excessive amount of pressure it takes to engage the charging handle. The other is it comes with no user manual. Maybe that’s a mistake? I know, it’s an AR, they are all the same. We all have YouTube. However, to the inexperienced, first-time buyer, it would be troubling.
Beyond that, I ran 200 rounds of Winchester FMJ 5.56 through it without a single issue. Great purchase and would recommend to anyone. Comes with the rifle and one magazine.
