Details
The Ballistic Advantage M5 AR-308 Upper Receiver is forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and then precision machined to DPMS Gen 1 specifications for compatibility with the most aftermarket parts for AR-10 platform rifles. The DPMS specification is as close to a standard as AR-10s get and allows you to more easily build your own 308 or 6.5 Creedmoor gas gun. This AR-10 stripped upper receiver does come with the forward assist and dust cover already installed and the forward assist uses a threaded roll pin instead of a standard roll pin making it extremely easy to switch it out. This stripped AR-308 upper receiver also features a hardcoat anodized finish, laser engraved T-marks, and M4 style feed ramps for reliability. The flat top picatinny rail makes it easy to install whatever optic you want. Combine this AR-10 upper with a Ballistic Advantage lower receiver and you have yourself a premium big bore platform that won't be a headache to finish building.
