CAT Alleycat 5.56 NATO Inconel 718 QD - Suppressor

When your 5.56mm AR platform needs a full-auto rated, duty-focused suppressor that runs hard in demanding environments, the CAT Alleycat 5.56 NATO Inconel 718 QD delivers Surge Bypass technology and DMLS construction in CAT's compact QD format — built specifically for law enforcement and government department use.

The CAT Alleycat 5.56 NATO Inconel 718 QD is a suppressor designed for law enforcement, government, and duty rifle users who require a compact, full-auto capable 5.56mm suppressor with quick-detach mounting and the extreme heat tolerance of Inconel 718 construction.

The Alleycat line is developed by CAT's team of current and former Special Mission Unit personnel, built to meet the reliability, durability, and sound signature requirements of high-risk tactical operations. The Inconel 718 variant is the duty-focused choice — IN718's operating temperature ceiling of approximately 1800°F means this suppressor handles sustained full-auto fire and aggressive shooting schedules that would push titanium variants past their thermal limits. CAT's patented Surge Bypass pressure system, manufactured via Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF/DMLS), manages gas efficiently to minimize sound signature across multiple frequencies, reduce backpressure, and lower pressure wave propagation for the shooter. The 1x16 LH QD mounting system uses CAT's proprietary Spooky 1 interface for fast, repeatable attachment and detachment. At 5.80" OAL and 1.60" diameter, the Alleycat adds minimal length while delivering exceptional sound reduction on 5.56mm platforms.

Caliber: 5.56 NATO / .223 Remington. Material: Inconel 718, DLC finish. OAL: 5.80" (QD configuration). Diameter: 1.60". Minimum barrel length: 8" (Inconel). Full-auto rated. Optimized velocity: 1,100–3,200 ft/s. Mount: 1x16 LH QD Spooky 1 system. For law enforcement, government, and military use.

Full Inconel 718 LPBF/DMLS construction with DLC finish provides the thermal headroom and corrosion resistance needed for sustained suppressed fire on duty rifle platforms. Purpose-built for high-volume, mission-critical applications.

Purpose-built for duty AR-15 platforms where a compact, full-auto rated QD suppressor with elite material construction is required for law enforcement patrol, tactical operations, and government applications.
