The CAT Rattler Covert is a 300 Blackout suppressor in the Covert configuration, designed specifically for compact .300 BLK platforms such as the SIG MCX Rattler with a 5.5-inch barrel. It uses a 1x16 LH QD mounting interface and is built from 3D-printed Ti-64 titanium with A-PULSE geometry.

The Rattler system is modular. The Covert configuration prioritizes maximum suppression. The RAT base module measures 4.04 inches and weighs 7.1 ounces, while the Covert extension adds 3.3 inches and 5.7 ounces. The suppressor diameter is 1.70 inches. The material is TiC, a proprietary CAT composition.

The optimized velocity range is 1000 to 2200 feet per second, covering both subsonic and supersonic 300 Blackout loads. Minimum barrel length is 5.5 inches. The suppressor is optimized for the SIG .300 BLK Rattler with 5.5-inch and 6.75-inch barrels. The DLC finish provides surface hardness and corrosion resistance.

The 1x16 LH QD mount provides quick-detach capability. The system ships with 5/8x24 SIG Taper AI Nano and 5/8x24 AI Nano muzzle devices.
