The CAT Super Thug (ST) is a 3D-printed Inconel 5.56mm suppressor built on a new SBX internal architecture specifically tuned for the violent pressure spike inherent to 5.56mm across short, mid, and full-length barrels, with flash signature driven to near disappearance even on aggressive barrel lengths in Inconel configuration.

The CAT Super Thug (ST) is a 3D-printed Inconel 5.56mm and 6mm ARC rifle suppressor with a 1.375x24 HUB mount, featuring SBX internal geometry engineered to manage 5.56mm pressure spikes across all barrel lengths without barrel-length-specific tuning, with a maximum caliber rating of 6mm ARC.

Four features define the Super Thug's 5.56mm suppression advantage. The new SBX geometry in the ST is specifically tuned for the pressure dynamics of 5.56mm — a cartridge whose violent pressure spike requires different internal management than .308 or pistol-caliber loads — delivering measurably better combined performance across sound, flash, blast propagation, toxic fume reduction, and durability compared to its predecessor. 3D-printed Inconel construction tolerates the high temperature and pressure of full-power 5.56mm fire without the weight and thermal management concerns of stainless steel alternatives, while providing the corrosion and erosion resistance that sustained use demands.
