The Daniel Defense Lower Parts Kit is an enhanced, better-than-MIL-SPEC parts kit for stripped AR-15 lower receivers. Using only the highest quality components, this parts kit was designed to provide the best possible with a wide variety of receivers on the market. To top it off, the traditional flat trigger guard has been replaced with a Magpul MOE Polymer trigger for glove-friendly use.

Includes A2 pistol grip and standard semi-auto trigger.

Buy a one piece safety

The safety was an ambidextrous and plastic. Bolt screw stripped. Had to buy a normal one piece one. Other than the garbage safety everything else was great

Excellent kit, wrong grip from picture.

Excellent parts kit. I chose this kit for not only the name, but because of the A2 style grip. Unfortunately mine came with the hideous and uncomfortable (your opinion may vary, obviously) DD pistol grip. Other than this, it is a very nice, top quality kit. Had it come with the pictured A2 grip, it would have received 5 stars.

Subpar Quality Control

The kit comes with a diagram of how everything goes together. This is great because the parts come sorted, but not sorted by how they go together. As great as everyone thinks DD is, I expected better quality control. My kit had four safety selector switch knobs, and an extra set screw, but was missing a trigger guard pin. Luckily, I still have more parts to order for my build, I'll order some extra pins with that order. As always, PA is the best and has lightning fast shipping.

Everything fit properly into Noveske lower. Trigger pull a bit stiff, but short pull and a clean break. Definitely a high quality kit. Will buy again, and highly recommend.
