hard to beat price bracket
by brady
you really cant beat this bcg for the price. specially on sale for under 70 bucks. i have 3 now, through a few different rifles, and they all perform perfect, one came in a factory db15, and that rifle is About to tick 15,000 rounds with no issues. the finish is perfect and holds up well, and the machining is beautiful. I have been impressed with the quality and pricing of all the newer diamondback prouducts in the last 4-5 years.
Decent

I have about 1,000 rounds threw this BCG, I ran my AR over gassed and the gas rings wore out rather quickly. And the nitride finish has some decent ware. Other than that no other issues, the fasteners are staked to mil spec standards which is hard to find in a BCG. This BCG would be a great backup.
Good Value, a little odd in finish.

The finish on this works well. It isnt wearing at all so far, and it looks quality upon inspection (no machine marking and good staking). Finding a good MPI Pressure Tested BCG for a good price is getting easier, and Diamondback sits at the front. Only complaint is the finish is a bit sticky, almost as if it is phosphate (it isn't, but it is dry like phosphate).

Not bad!

Tried to look for imperfections. Didn’t find any flaws. Nitride finish is smooth. Stakes look identical to my other pricier bolt carriers. It is not the advertised 16 ounces. No way! Same weight as my other bolt carriers as I juggle each one of them. Should be 11 something ounces. Would I buy this again? Most definitely.
