Expo Arms 5.56 NATO Complete MIL-SPEC M16 / AR-15 Bolt Carrier Group - Chrome

Purchased the Expo Arms 5.56 Mil Spec Chrome BCG about 10 days ago. Was out at the range today to do my normal "keep up the skills" shooting regimen. Took out 5 mags ( 30 per) and fired off all 150 rounds. There wasn't one jam, fail to fire or fail to feed. The BCG worked flawlessly! Another benefit that I didn't think about was cleaning. With a chrome BCG, you don't have to wonder if you've already cleaned a certain part or where to put your attention. The Expo 5.56 Mil Spec BCG has made a VERY good first impression. Glad I purchased this item from Primary Arms. They HAD the BEST deal on this BCG.

Dropped in my Stag 15 Tactical and this BCG ran flawlessly. NO FTF, NO FTE and responded very well on a rapid-fire exercise. Will review again after 1,000 rounds. Have run 150 (5 Mags) without a hitch.

I love this BCG. it has run flawlessly and cleans up easier than the nickel boron BCG ‘s that I have in two other rifles.

Have a Stag 15 Tactical and wanted a BCG as a spare. When it arrived, went to the range and put 3 mags through it ( 90 rds) Have now run about 500 rds and NOT one FTF or FTE. Runs great. Have cleaned it up and placed my factory BCG back in the rifle. It's good to know that if I need to switch, it won't skip a beat. Great job, Expo Arms!

Good stake job and a quality part from a quality company!

I have purchased 2 of these. They function flawlessly. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of the BCG. The second one did have some rough edges at the lower rail sections making it sound like a zipper when charged. Sand paper and a few minutes fixed it easily. QC has been terrible on everything during the pandemic; so I consider this a very minor issue. Gas key appears to be sealed and staked properly, it is pressure tested, o-ring is present under extractor, gas rings are good, proper protrusion on firing pin, and they head spaced fine. These have become my new favorite BCG.

I’ve been wanting a nickel boron or chrome bcg for a while, I saw that expo arms chrome bcg went on sale so I decided to pull the trigger. The finish is good, gas key is torqued properly and the staking is aggressive. I can’t find a reason to give it 4 stars so it’s going to be 5 out of 5 from me. The only negative is the tooling marks on the rear end of the of the carrier (inside) but it hasn’t affected the function in anyway. It’s not enough for me to take away a star on a hundred dollar or so bcg. The lifetime warranty and great customer service from PA should put your mind at ease.
P.S. Bcg and barrel combo shoot right at 2 moa with m193.

I bought this BCG specifically because it had a chrome finish. It was going into a retro AR with military spec chrome chamber and barrel, and the BCG had to be chrome plated as well. The hard chrome finish is very durable and will make a great addition to my retro AR.

Haven't used these yet but other 5 , I've never had a problem with. Look good, solid built.

Good finish and performed well in my build. Chrome is the best finish for a bcg hands down.
