If the price stays the same, I'm probably going to use this for all my builds from now on. The fit is pretty good with the EA lower, but you may need the tensioning set screw for the latter to completely remove play.

This is a high rise upper

Primary arms should have put in the details that this is a high rise upper. The rail on the upper sticks up above the handguard. It doesn’t really matter to me because I’m going to be running a red dot but if I was going to be running a scope I wouldn’t have wanted this.

Expo Arms upper receiver

Excellent upper receiver! Anodizing is perfect and the milling is excellent. The fit and finish of this upper is on par with anything on the market!
Quality for cheap

Excellent quality for a cheap price. All holes line up, barrel locks up straight and tight.

Great value upper

Had a spare barrel and gas block so I picked up this upper and some other expo arms parts to finish the build. I was pleasantly surprised with the result. Functions perfectly and the fitment with an aero lower is on point.

My example of this upper was immaculate and it fit snugly onto a Wilson Combat lower with nearly no slop at all, it has made for a very stout build. The hard coating is fantastic, and I did not find any careless work or loose machine marks on it, you will not be disappointed going with this Expo branded upper! By the way, mine came in packaging that said it was T-marked but just like the webpage indicates, it is not T-marked! Just putting that out there in case.
Excellent Expo Arms uppers

These uppers seem A+ to me. Very nice finish, great snug fit to barrel. When installing barrel I greased inside receiver and outside of barrel with Aero Shell grease. The barrel was a nice tight (virginal) fit, got part way in and used barrel nut to draw it down the remainder. The barrel was an FN hammer forged 20" gov profile. The receivers I was sent were marked with the square Brass Aluminum Forge indentifying mark. These uppers are also marked M4 on the front above the gas tube hole. Very impressed with it, especially at this low price. Brass Aluminum are the same forgings FN and Colt use.
