Sharp edges

Love the design, but they need to break the edges or bevel them. The end that is closest to the grip hangs below the ears of the lower receiver and the edge cuts into my middle finger when positioning my hand on the grip. Quickly forms a hot spot.

I ordered one and replaced the trigger guard on a Ruger AR556, which just came with a standard straight aluminum trigger guard. The fit and finish are perfect in my book. I just ordered 4 more on sale. They're easy enough to install, they'll eventually be on all my ARs. As always, I'm very happy with Expo Arms and Primary Arms.
FIT PSA LOWER LIKE A GLOVE

Best priced aluminum trigger guard, install took 3 mins. Just have a roll punch and small hobby hammer with some oil/grease.
Fit perfectly in my PSA lower, well made product. Came with roll pin and screw.

I have 2 of these incl in KAK kit & they go on fine. IF you put em on the right way! Roll pin end is on the GRIP side NOT the mag end.

Unlike many guards, this one actually has the bulge where it belongs, in front of the trigger pad. Nicely finished and functional. No multi axis cnc cuts or engraving needed. Cheaper than some poly versions too. 9/10, will bang with it.

I installed this trigger guard into a Palmetto State Armory lower. I have assembled a total of 9 AR lowers and have had NO issues with form, fit, or function with this trigger guard. (I have also used Anderson, DPMS, and CMMG, lowers, with no issues) Well worth $10 bucks!!

The people who were installing the roll pin end of the guard in the mag well side of the receiver don't know what they are doing. The roll pin goes at the grip side of the receiver. Watch a video or get a book on how to install your lower parts kit!
Too long

The front end (roll pin end) of the trigger guard was way too long, and extended into the magazine well too far to allow the magazine to be inserted. I had to grind off about an 1/8" so that the magazine would go into the magazine well. Not a big deal, but an aggravation. After getting it ground down to the proper length, everything else was fine.
